As a new parent of AHS, it can sometimes be confusing and frustrating with all the different asks for money. The most frequent question is, "Why can’t we combine them all and have one big ask at one time?" Combining funds is not allowed based on rules from the IRS, State of Texas, Austin ISD and Texas PTA.
Below is a list of boosters and non-profit organizations – both PTSA and non PTSA – at Austin High School. Feel free to reach out to the PTSA Treasurer for questions on fundraising, budgets, and expenses. We are here to make sure you know where your contribution is going and help you understand the fundraising structure at Austin High School.
